Fantastic Service!!! I always take my vehicle to Sherwood Ford for everything. The customer service is fantastic, I always seem to get Matt when I take my car in.. he is very knowledgable, customer service is exceptional, always asks if there are any other concerns with my vehicle, makes sure the car is done when I need it and provides updates on the progress of service if parts need to be ordered etc. Most importantly the don't over charge for work that doesn't need to be done! I wouldn't take my ford to any other dealer!! More

tire loosing air Called the dealer and was in the next day. Waited half hour or so. They fixed the tire, i had the full warranty so there was no charge. Cheri was great Too much grey area with maintenance plan. I was recommended transmission and coolant flush but since it was not at interval in op manual it wasn't co Too much grey area with maintenance plan. I was recommended transmission and coolant flush but since it was not at interval in op manual it wasn't covered. It put on light usage on my truck and was recommended to do the flushes, seems like a money grab. Not Cheri's fault she did all she could do. My issue was escalated to Sharbel in finance and he was great to work with as well as he took the time and explained to me that unless the particular maintenance was listed in the op manual (at KM interval that had been reached) it wouldn't be covered even if it was recommended by the techs. I would not recommend the maintenance plan to anyone in the future or would I purchase again. More
