Cheri was great Too much grey area with maintenance plan. I was recommended transmission and coolant flush but since it was not at interval in op manual it wasn't co Too much grey area with maintenance plan. I was recommended transmission and coolant flush but since it was not at interval in op manual it wasn't covered. It put on light usage on my truck and was recommended to do the flushes, seems like a money grab. Not Cheri's fault she did all she could do. My issue was escalated to Sharbel in finance and he was great to work with as well as he took the time and explained to me that unless the particular maintenance was listed in the op manual (at KM interval that had been reached) it wouldn't be covered even if it was recommended by the techs. I would not recommend the maintenance plan to anyone in the future or would I purchase again. More

I wouldn't take my ford to any other dealer!! More
