Average So Far When I initially visited the dealership Mo Farah went above my expectations to find the vehicle I wanted. Dealing with the service manager was another story. Not so good to deal with. A bit rude at times. Got a $500 credit to spend at the dealership with my purchase, but when I wanted to use it I was told I had spent it when I had not. Ended up going to the general sales manger to correct the issue. What an ordeal that was. Service so far has been very good other than getting work done on the weekend. Make sure to ask for what you are entitled to if you get the maintenance package. They don't seem to mention or do things you should be getting done without asking, simple things as changing the windshield wiper blades or washing the vehicle. More

When dropping off my vehicle for maintenance, easy to make an appointment to drop off at a specific time, they give a reasonable window when it will be done, and usually it is done early and they send you text message or phone call on completion. They also email you a copy of the invoice so there are no surprises when you pick up your vehicle. Would highly recommend to everyone especially other Ford owners as the service sets them apart from other dealerships. More
