My wife and I were not sure about getting another car however, I mentioned to Michael Miskew at Sherwood Ford what I was looking for and if he ever ca My wife and I were not sure about getting another car however, I mentioned to Michael Miskew at Sherwood Ford what I was looking for and if he ever came across a used car that was in great shape at a reasonable price to let me know. I also mentioned, I’d like to test drive a newer Mustang as I had never drove one before. Michael called me up one day as his intention was just to ensure I got to test drive a mustang. He wasn’t sure if I was even serious about purchasing a vehicle but Michael was definitely listening to me as he showed us this Ruby Red Mustang in mint condition. We took it for a test drive and my wife and I fell in love with it. Michael is very knowledgeable about mustangs and you’d be hard pressed to find someone who knows more about Fords. He laid it all out on the table and was totally transparent, it was like talking with a long time friend during the entire test drive, there was no sales pitches or pressure. In fact, he just wanted our thoughts on the car. Michael was surprised when we said we were interested in buying the car considering we didn’t talk about this during the test drive. Michael and his sales force crunched some numbers and it came out to be a phenomenal price that I wasn’t expecting. I’ve bought many vehicles in my 50 years and this one I can say I received not only a fantastic deal, the customer service was amazing. I felt so relaxed and comfortable and the paperwork didn’t consume much of my time. I had the keys in no time. Great customer service! Candis was absolutely great to deal with. I've been having issues for almost two years trying to get a piece fixed under warranty. Previous visits Candis was absolutely great to deal with. I've been having issues for almost two years trying to get a piece fixed under warranty. Previous visits left me running in circles without a solution, I felt like the reps just didn't care. Candis went the extra mile, picked up the phone and was immediately on it. Gregg in parts was also on it and found the piece we needed. Between the two of them they were able to get it all sorted out and fixed that day. Absolute pleasure to deal with these two. I understand Candis is fairly new, and if this is the beginning for her, she will quickly become the best. Great job Candis, keep it up and thanks for your help!! More
