Our salesperson, Jerry, was truly outstanding. His non-agressive approach to the sales process was a breath of fresh air. Any and all questions or concerns we had were addressed right away. It can be overwhelming to buy a vehicle with all the options that are out there now; Jerry gathered all of our "must haves" and "would like to haves" and found the prefect truck to fit our needs. If you are looking for a salesperson that works with you and for you....he is your man. Financing was our next step. I have to admit, this is the part I hate. You walk in with a total cost to buy your vehicle and then....the add-ons start. Ali, was our finance rep and again he was fantastic. He clearly outlined what options were avaliable and the costs for each. Then he...listened...yes you heard me...listened to what we wanted/needed. Drafting the right options and coverages to fill our wants and needs eliminating the fluff. I still don't love the fact that I just spent what I spent on a truck, but it was less painful with Ali's help. Thank you, Sherwood Ford, we love our truck. More
