CANDIS HAIGHT - awsome CANDIS HAIGHT was the service adviser working on a Saturday when I brought my 2013 F150 in for service.. She had never worked a Saturday by herself be CANDIS HAIGHT was the service adviser working on a Saturday when I brought my 2013 F150 in for service.. She had never worked a Saturday by herself before. Even with 2 other customers behind me she took the time to make sure everything I had requested was on the work order. I was informed it would take about an hour to two hours for the work to be done. After about 1.5 hours Candis called me to ask if I was in the dealership or if I had left. Upon learning I was still there she ask to meet me at customer service desk. She explained the problems found during service. She even went as far to get pictures of the problem before calling me. Candis informed me that the truck would need to be in for 2 days. Now came the hard part in trying to work around my impossible schedule .Candis went way beyond above & beyond the call of duty! Not only did she work out a rental vehicle for me, after the work was done she arranged for my truck to be taken to the rental depot so I would not need to take a taxi back to the dealership to retrieve it. Now keep in mind I work until 5:30 pm in Spruce Grove. Most advisers would just say I would need to work it out. CANDIS HAIGHT went so far out of her way to accommodate me all I can say is AWESOME work Candis. Thank you for all you have done on my behalf! More

Customer Service I've recently twice had to make an un-scheduled stop at Service for help with my 2015 F150. Both times Candis did all she could to accommodate me and I've recently twice had to make an un-scheduled stop at Service for help with my 2015 F150.
