I know it's a small thing but means a lot to me and also tells me that they care about their customers. I have been to multiple dealership but haven't come across a sales person like Darko. If you want to buy a car with 0 pressure then I would definitely recommend Darko Pejovic. He will not only work with you to make you feel comfortable but will also get you the best deal. My experience was really good at the dealership specially dealing with Darko. For the entire time I was there it felt like he was working for me rather than the dealership. I generally HATE the car shopping experience at a dealership and can't stand the "games" the sales and finance staff play in trying to get my hard earned money. Mike is probably the first sales guy I don't dislike. He is honest and straight forward and doesn't insult my intelligence with underhanded tactics: he gives you the bottom line and discloses the big picture right away. He knows that my time and his are valuable. And would rather sell more vehicles at a modest price and have repeat customers than gouge you for a single sale. This genuine care and attention shows in every part of the buying process and he works hard to make it easy for you as the buyer. I didn't even have to negotiate the price, as it was fair to begin with, the first time around. This was a used vehicle buying experience for me, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
