I generally HATE the car shopping experience at a dealership and can't stand the "games" the sales and finance staff play in trying to get my hard earned money. Mike is probably the first sales guy I don't dislike. He is honest and straight forward and doesn't insult my intelligence with underhanded tactics: he gives you the bottom line and discloses the big picture right away. He knows that my time and his are valuable. And would rather sell more vehicles at a modest price and have repeat customers than gouge you for a single sale. This genuine care and attention shows in every part of the buying process and he works hard to make it easy for you as the buyer. I didn't even have to negotiate the price, as it was fair to begin with, the first time around. This was a used vehicle buying experience for me, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
