Not just a dealership! Today I made my 3rd purchase in the last 4 years from Sherwood Park Ford. My first 2 purchases were an interesting one. I walked in to purchase a 201 Today I made my 3rd purchase in the last 4 years from Sherwood Park Ford. My first 2 purchases were an interesting one. I walked in to purchase a 2014 F350 Platinum... not only did I leave with the truck I left with a 2014 Explorer too. Eski H. was amazing with me and treated me like family from the very first phone call. Yesterday it was decided that I was going to buy a new Explorer and with Eski being away and put me in the hands of Mo Farah and he made sure I was happier than I could be! So today I drove 10 hours round trip to pick up my new explorer and everything about my visit today was spectacular and I couldnt thank Mo, Nick and Haelee enough!!! I actually almost bought from a more local dealer and I honestly couldnt do it.. its not the same environment, at Sherwood Ford they make you part of their family from the moment you walk in. Your not just a sale to them and a vehicle off the lot.. which is how i felt at 2 more local dealerships. Sherwood Ford has once again out done themselves and I will be sending anyone in the market your way! I could go on and on about every little thing Sherwood Ford has done for me but we would be here for hours! Lets just say right from taking a brand new truck off the lot home for 2 weeks in a snow storm while a vehicle was getting some accesories right to storing my shopping while i was in town for the oilers!
