Every car shopping experience should be this easy!!! We'd done our homework and knew exactly which car we wanted. A quick search showed there was one right in our backyard! We popped in with the intention of just LOOKING at the car and that's it. The dealership closed at 9 and we didn't want to be 'that customer'. Zeno greeted us and in no time at all we were test driving the car. Having so much fun, we totally lost track of time, and ended up becoming that customer who kept people working late... I still feel bad about it. We also got to meet Haelee and Rahul and what amazing people! When we returned the next day, Zeno was ready with keys and it was one of the easiest transactions ever!!! With no pressure to get this, that, or the other, we were set to enjoy our purchase in record time. Oh, and by the way, we love the car! Great salesperson. I was looking for a specific vehicle, and had received terrible service at another dealership. Having come to Sherwood Ford, Grant did an excellent job of taking care of me right from the start. There were some complications with taking possession of the vehicle, as the one I bought had to come from another dealership, and although these issues were no fault of Sherwood Ford, Grant did an excellent job of keeping in constant communication with me about where and what was happening with my purchase. I felt Grant actually listened to my vehicle requirements, helped find exactly what I wanted, and didn't try to push any of the extra crap dealerships offer after the sale that has often happened to me in the past. I am very happy with my buying experience and would highly recommend Grant to friends and family looking for a Ford. More
