All around pleasant experience. I made my deal over the phone and Rob was friendly and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. I took my time to make a deal and shop around and I made my deal over the phone and Rob was friendly and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. I took my time to make a deal and shop around and at no time did I feel any pressure. Rob picked me up from the airport after he had been off work for 4 hours that day in a similar truck to the one I was purchasing.
