All around pleasant experience. I made my deal over the phone and Rob was friendly and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. I took my time to make a deal and shop around and I made my deal over the phone and Rob was friendly and knowledgeable on the product he was selling. Rob picked me up from the airport after he had been off work for 4 hours that day in a similar truck to the one I was purchasing.
