First Ford I contacted Grant because I was looking for a Ford Explorer Sport dark in colour. Grant was quick In finding a 2017 on site. I also requested winter tires an winter mats for the whole inside. Again Grant was able to offer me different options suiting my needs. Before my visit to the dealership, Lucas helped me getting things in order with the out of province registration. I also spoke with Lucas for the financial and "protection" part of it. During my drive back to the Yukon Territory, I had a flat tire. Lucas was able to help me with the claim process. When I got to the dealership, I was happy to find my vehicle ready, cleaned, and on winter tires. The lady at parts was also able to give me the weathertech mats at cost. With the amount I was spending of the vehicle, I appreciated the gesture. I have two regrets: not switching to a Ford SUV sooner, and not being able to get service at Sherwood Ford.
