Won’t Go Anywhere Else For a Vehicle I had begun shopping for a truck at another Ford dealership. I wasn’t treated well at the other dealership and began to text Grant at Sherwood. In 10 I had begun shopping for a truck at another Ford dealership. I wasn’t treated well at the other dealership and began to text Grant at Sherwood. In 10 minutes he gave me better service, more information and options for me than the ‘other place’ did in a week. Upon meeting Grant he was professional yet friendly and inclusive to the people I had with me as well. He was very knowledgeable and honest. It was very refreshing to see a car dealership that values their customers and chooses to be transparent. No tricks or ‘sales tactics’. My experience didn’t end with Grant however. I dealt with Robert in financing and he also went above and beyond for me. This man responded to my email from a hospital Emergency Room!😮 Everyone I had any contact with at Sherwood Ford was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Special thanks to both Grant and Robert!! More
