We were looking around for a new vehicle, a little bigger and were searching on the internet for Expl We have had two Ford Edges and really like them. We were looking around for a new vehicle, a little bigger and were searching on the internet for Explorers, We phoned the Dealership and spoke with Grant Shaw. Grant let us know he really wanted our business but he wasn't pushy about it, just friendly and wanting to help and got back to us right away with a good price on the right vehicle, right colour, right options. We drove almost 3 hours from home to the Dealership, met with Grant first. Tyler Kick looked after all the financing arrangements for us, very efficient and helpful. In about 2 hours we were back on the road home with our new Ford Explorer. Great experience and we appreciated the service we received from Grant and love our new vehicle! More

Tommy worked for me that day, showed me a number of vehicles, and didn’t once try to push me into something outside of my budget or my needs. Tommy and the rest of the staff treated me like a valued customer, found me a great vehicle, and gave me a fair trade in value for mine. Overall, I had a positive experience at this dealership, and I’ll definately recommend them to friends/family. They went over and above to make me comfortable and were well outside any misconceptions I had previously about dealing with sales people. Also, they’ve continued to communicate with me after the purchase to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle and to offer any assistance with the new technologies in the truck. More

Will be coming back! Purchased a new explorer was a very pleasant experience we had to bring our baby and Daniel made the process painless.
