Lengthy process for truck turnover 3 stars due to the amount of time it took to get the truck turned over. We made the deal on March 17th and we’re told the truck was in shipping and wo 3 stars due to the amount of time it took to get the truck turned over. We made the deal on March 17th and we’re told the truck was in shipping and would be received at the dealership on the 20th to begin adding the assessories. After a significant amount of communication we ended up getting our truck turned over April 6th. Just a lack of experience from our salesman to meet expectations. Development is required for time management with his customers and how the assessories can be put together. In the end, with patience our truck is beautiful and we love it. More

He took his time with us when we picked up our new vehicle to ensure we were happy with it and he helped with the electronics. I'm sure we'll take him up on his offer to drop by any time we need assistance with electronics. The only issue that we have right now that has nothing to do with Jordan is we paid a lot of extra money to have to 3M put on. After 2 days we already have a rock chip in the front of the car. This was disappointing. More
