Got my dream truck within the same day but had a lil hitch I had no issues with my sales man Zeno. He spent the entire day with me and helped me get the deal and trade in value I wanted. He was super friendly personable and I feel worked really hard on my new purchase deal. I have a little issue with after it left my salesman’s hands and went to finance and management. I thought we had agreed upon a certain purchase price and was told that price included all the fees and taxes. However that was not the case. I was also told that I could get 0% financing on my super duty on a 72 month finance plan but it turned out ford only offers 0% on super duties on 48 month or less plans. I did look into it and ford does have that on their website payment calculator, I just shouldn’t have been told otherwise beforehand. The other is that the price did not include the fees and taxes so a $75000 truck went up to a $89000 truck. Don’t get me wrong even with the percentage miss hap ford still gave me a super low rate. As well I did opt to purchase two additional coverage packages but even with those included it shouldn’t have jumped the purchase price an additional $14000. It just seems that no matter the “deal” you think you are getting, they always seem to get their pound of flesh. That being said the payments are pretty much in the ball park and what I feel is a really low interest rate. I was able to go in, find a truck I wanted and liked, get financing and drive my new truck home within the same day. It did however take all day tho 9:30am- 5:30pm (maybe they can streamline that a bit) and I absolutely love my new super duty so I would recommend ford and this dealership More

The team works well as a team and they have really great management support. I will definitely recommend this dealership in future. I am over joyed at the level of service from all departments in helping me to purchase my new family vehicle. I even was able to get information on a part for my boyfriends truck. I explained my situation my budget and my hopes. He gave me many options and treated me with such compassion and help that I didn’t ever expect from a car dealership. Fast forward to this Thursday he came in on his day off to give me the detailed information all about my car as I picked it up. His kindness and his knowledge made me feel at ease and seriously made this whole situation go from a crappy one to one that I’m at peace with this whole situation it really was an amazing painless situation and Mike really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy but content.
