I explained my situation my budget and my hopes. He gave me many options and treated me with such compassion and help that I didn’t ever expect from a car dealership. Fast forward to this Thursday he came in on his day off to give me the detailed information all about my car as I picked it up. His kindness and his knowledge made me feel at ease and seriously made this whole situation go from a crappy one to one that I’m at peace with this whole situation it really was an amazing painless situation and Mike really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy but content.
