Excellent experience!!! Called Zeno at Sherwood Ford about 2018 Raptor. Caught him Sunday on his vacation. (I didn’t know they are closed Sundays). Worth the drive! I contacted Sherwood ford very early on a Wednesday about a F450 they had on the lot. By lunch of that day the team was already setting everything up and by the end of the day I was approved and starting to finalize everything. Being that I live 5 hours from the dealership Brad and Robert did a great job of keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had. Robert was very thorough and transparent with his walk through of the financials and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The team at Sherwood ford was more than accommodating when it came to my last minute change in arrival time and I was able to pick up my truck with ease.
