Gahny informed us that the vehicle had not arrived on the lot yet as it was a new trade-in. He was prompt and helpful with setting us up when the vehicle was available to see. He was busy with another customer when we arrived but set us up with Wally who walked us through everything. He was friendly and very easy to work with.
