So I had an interest in the new Ranger, and figured why not go check it out. As soon as I got to the dealership, even before I even walked inside, I was greeted immediately by Wally. I mentioned how I was interested in checking out the Ranger, and he stepped up to ensure my experience was nothing less than top notch as far as customer service. Purely based on that, and the fact the ranger is actually surprisingly nice and comfortable, I decided to bite the bullet and move forward at getting some numbers and working out a deal. Very impressed with the effort put in to make sure my requests were met, there was no push back or arguing, just business. From there I was introduced to Hanny, to go over finances and finishing out the deal, to which he too helped me out by further making the deal better for me, and stay within a price and payment range I wanted to be. Any and all of my questions were answered with kindness and professionalism. I couldn't be more happy to recommend stopping by Sherwood Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Sam the sales manager went above and beyond to help with my situation , which allowed me to get out of the truck that left a bad taste in my mouth and into my brand new 2019 Lariat ! everyone at Sherwood was exemplary in helping me with my purchase , from Ali in financing which helped get me a good rate to Shane in service who helped me add some sweet accessories , I had an awesome time .
