Being in the car business myself in the past I knew I had found an honest straight up guy. I drove 2.5 hrs to the dealership after working on a few things with Jerry over the phone. i was greeted by a smiling gentleman at the door where he had the vehicle waiting for me to look over. He went through it thoroughly with me, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He introduced me to the Owner as well, I also found it to be a great experience speaking with him. I was disappointed considering I texted them and a manager called me back saying the winter tires would be installed. There was a lack of communication and as a result I never got my winter tires or any compensation. More
