I purchased a new truck from Sherwood Ford just over a month ago and couldn't be more pleased with the process. You often hear horror stories about vehicles salesmen, but Grant Shaw was nothing but a cons month ago and couldn't be more pleased with the process. Grant was a straight shooter who didn't play the sales game of bringing over various managers to close a sale. All conversations direct with Grant and the negotiations were quick and painless. Throughout the process I believed his focus was to make sure I purchased a truck to suit my needs rather than him just completing a sale. When the day came to pick up the vehicle, Grant was accommodating with snags/ delays on my end. During the pickup process, Grant thoroughly walked through every button, feature, and set of process before I drove off the lot. Since picking up the vehicle Grant reached out to confirm I was still satisfied with the purchase. No brainer I would recommend Grant to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. More

Drove all the way from Prince George BC for a Giant deal ! I first met Tom on the phone , and he went straight to work for me .. So after we agreed on a price for a Platnium,, we drove from PG to Sherwood Park to close the deal. Tom was great, he kept in touch over the course of a week , and we finally met in person the following Tuesday .. He lived up to my expectations as soon as I shook his hand, a genuine pleasure to deal with .I would definately recommend Tom Vanderweide to anyone looking at a new Ford . More
