We were recommended by a friend to Mr. Tawil. My wife Heather called him and told him what we were looking for and the price range. He said he had a vehicle for us to look at that had just come in.It was Heather called him and told him what we were looking for and the price range. Eddie worked out a price that we were very happy with said he would have the vehicle certified and detailed. When we picked up the Buick a couple of days later it was like picking up a brand new car,very clean. Eddie was an excellent salesman, and he really did provide me with the best price for the van that I purchased. I had to fight with the service person to insure that I would still have the 30th edition key fobs and only after an argument and seeing the key fobs was I able to recommend just changing the backs of the fobs ( she should have been able to suggest it and not fight with me). Secondly, the splash screen on the Nav system is now the default dodge screen and no longer the 30 edition splash screen, I called to ask if the 30th edition screen could be put back and I was abruptly told 'NO'. I'm happy with Eddie, and I'm happy with the minivan. I'm disappointed with the service departments way of just saying 'NO', and me as a client needing to recommend solutions for your 'experts' to use!!! More
