I was looking around Ontario on-line for a one-year old Dodge Caravan with very low kms, and I ended up finding a new (2014) van at Seven Views Chrysl I was looking around Ontario on-line for a one-year old Dodge Caravan with very low kms, and I ended up finding a new (2014) van at Seven Views Chrysler for a lower price than I was willing to pay for a used van. It was an amazing deal. And there was a parking lot full of them at the same price. I looked everywhere in Ontario, and this was the lowest price. I live 2.25 hours away from Vaughan, and needed answers without having to make the trip to the dealership. I dealt with Eddie, via e-mail first, then over the phone. I didn't want a "sale pitch". I find them sleazy and insulting, and Eddie didn't give me one. He returned my e-mails promptly, which I appreciated. We ended up finalizing a deal very quickly over the phone. I didn't waste much of his time, and he didn't waste much of mine. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, I was in and out very quickly. And, when I later e-mailed Eddie with a question about the van, he called me back on his day off (Sunday) and followed it up with an e-mail. Very few things impress me when it comes to business. Most businesses are clueless with regard to customer satisfaction. But, Seven View Chrysler and Eddie Tawill did impress me, and because of that and the excellent price, I'm given them a glowing endorsement. Good work! More

After discussing what we wanted he took us for a test drive and once we decided we would go ahead Jay negotiated and processed our trade in and sale efficiently.
