I brought mine here to be serviced and both times, when I picked up the vehicle, the issue was not fixed or was worse than it was when I brought it in. Ive made 6 trips here in the last 4 weeks for 2 different issues. Their employees dont know what they are doing and they dont know how to check the work prior to calling you to tell you it is ready. Dont waste your time going here, make the trip to winnipeg to save yourself the hassle. More

Service department is very unorganized, you call to book an appointment, then they call you back to reschedule, but they call you back 5 minutes before your appointment, then when you finally get it in, they call you five minutes before you are supposed to pick it up and tell you it's not ready, then when you can finally pick it up, it's filthy - when you complain nothing gets done about it, so you have to escalate it, which takes your time, then when you do you have to speak with 5 people in order to get anything done, by that time, you want to trade it in for a Ford.
