It started last year with dipping my toe into the waters of Jeeps-Ville by researching both dealerships and the reviews on the new Sahara. After months of cautiously doing my homework I headed to Selkirk Chrysler and the rest is, as they say, history. The staff was beyond amazing. I have had experiences of overly aggressive sales staff and management, neither happened here. From my first phone call to driving the vehicle I ordered, exactly as I wanted, out of the dealership the experience was nothing but positive. My experience with management, sales and the financial department was warm, hands on, and both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership...and, of course, the Jeep Wrangler. Once we informed him of our plan to purchase he had he van washed, detailed and ready to drive off the lot after financing. He made everything go so smooth and I would highly recommend dealing with Kelvin for any vehicle you are looking for. As for Elizabeth, she was very understanding in our goal to achieve a payment we could afford and in some instances, finance people can be very pushy with selling warranty and insurances. This was not Elizabeth.. She was very thorough in her explanations and she ran a lot of different number combos in order to get us our desired payment. In the end we decided against the extended warranties and that did not change her attitude or demeanor as we’ve seen in past dealerships we have dealt at. She continued to provide a superior customer service experience for my wife and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease. It was so worth the 20 minute drive out of Winnipeg. More
