unreliable customer service I felt my experience with Icar was unprofessional, and the organization of staff is not lead by a manager. I found that Ross was good at talking but f I felt my experience with Icar was unprofessional, and the organization of staff is not lead by a manager. I found that Ross was good at talking but follow through or holding up his word was tiresome. When needs had to be addressed it was common that Ross was not in the office, and when trying to speak with other associates including management it was a lot of passing the buck and "we will look into that and get back to you"(which did not happen). It is unfortunate to have a bad experience with a car dealership, as word of mouth is greater than advertising. I would not be comfortable to confidently recommend Icar to my colleagues nor family and friends. More

WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS THE SALE. THE SALESPERSON WE HAD AT FIRST WAS REALLY GOOD BUT HE LEFT. THEN WE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE (CAN NOT REMEMBER ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS THE SALE. THE SALESPERSON WE HAD AT FIRST WAS REALLY GOOD BUT HE LEFT. THEN WE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE (CAN NOT REMEMBER HIS NAME). REPAIRS NEED TO BE DONE THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE BEFORE DELIVERY. WITH LAKEHEAD ON STRIKE WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THESE REPAIRS TO BE DONE. TRIED GETTING AHOLD OF MANAGER TO SEE IF WE COULD TAKE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER TO GET THE WORK DONE AND HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. ALSO THERE IS NO DOOR KEY FOR THE VEHICLE AND WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. More

Derek had listened to my preferences about the types of vehicles that I enjoy driving and found me a 2015 Dodge Journey that had just been traded in and was in the process of being safetied. Derek was able to get me driving again in a couple days. After having my car for only a week, I managed to scratch it while loading items into the back. All I had to do was text Derek and he is now ordering me paint to repair the scratch. Derek really has gone above and beyond to help me out. Anyone who needs a vehicle should go see Derek Pugh at Icar. Ryan Beese took care of my financing for my car and helped set up a payment plan that would be affordable for me. I would have never thought that I would have been able to afford a 2015 vehicle bit he helped me make it happen. Both Derek and Ryan also recommended insurance companies to !end who would give me the best pricing which took a big stress off of my shoulders. A big thanks to Derek and Ryan for getting me back on the road! More

We have 3 kids and needed a van as soon as possible so that we could travel out east to visit family for Christmas. We heard that Icar was a great place to buy a quality pre-owned vehicle and that they stock lots of vans. When we walked in the door, we were greeted with a huge smile by Amanda Ingberg. She explained to us that Icar would definitely be able to help us get on the road for Christmas. I told her that we needed three car seats as part of the deal and that we need something reliable and road ready in the next 10 days. Amanda made it happen for us!
