They were excellent and the whole team was just fantastic. They were friendly, personable, knowlegeable, exceptionally professional and not at pushy in their approach. We had not bought a new car before and the whole process was very transparent and all involved were very patient. Carlos even came to pick us up when we didn't have vehicular access. Other Subaru managers said hello and also worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed through the process. Their showroom was very comfortable and had plenty of complimentary refreshments.
