Exceptional customer experience In November 2017, I purchased my second Forester, but it was my first purchase from Scott Subaru. Clay and his colleagues at Scott Subaru (Carmen, Ernesto, and Kaydee) with whom I had dealings as part of my 2018 Forester purchase transaction were all a pleasure to deal with. After having purchased a number of vehicles over the years, I had the best customer experience dealing with Clay and the team. The experience left me wishing that I had purchased my 2010 Forester from Scott Subaru. From my perspective, the Scott Subaru team more than satisfied my key requirements as a customer: 1) Honesty, transparency, and integrity: These attributes were evidenced throughout the negotiation, order placement, and delivery process. 2) Reasonable pricing: Relative to the quotes that I obtained from other dealers, Scott Subaru quoted a fair and reasonable price which did not try to “take advantage” of me. 3) Flexibility to accommodate the customer: Clay and Ernesto were flexible in negotiating the deal terms so that my specific needs could be accommodated. They both clearly demonstrated an understanding of, and appreciation for, the importance of the customer experience. 4) A "no pressure" sales experience which exceeds expectations: From the extended and informative test drive experience, to the transparent price quotation, to the documentation negotiation process, through to the delivery experience, Clay and the team at Scott Subaru clearly demonstrated that they go the extra mile to make a new vehicle purchase a positive experience for the customer. Clay and the team were sensitive to my needs as a customer and understood that paying attention to the little details that form part of a vehicle purchase transaction will make people want to come back to Scott Subaru to have their Subaru serviced and to purchase their next Subaru. The Scottsville Rewards program is another example. I have not encountered a similar program at any other dealer. In light of my experience with Clay and his colleagues at Scott Subaru, I plan to have all of my service work done at Scott Subaru (despite the fact that I do not live in or close to Red Deer) and I look forward to stopping in at Scott Subaru during my trips through Red Deer to have that service work done. When we purchase the new vehicle from Clay we seem to get a very good quality vehicle for the money. When driving the Subaru Impreza on the snowy and icy roads around central Alberta we thought the new vehicle handle very well. I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. While dealing with Clay he was up front and not pushy to make a sale, he answered all our questions and showed us in great detail everything about the new vehicle. We found that Clay was very professional and very caring to our needs. I would recommend Scott Subaru and Clay Grenier to anybody who is considering buying a new vehicle. More

Worth driving 168km thru a snow storm to get there I enjoyed the excellent service at the service department. I live just outside of Calgary but after my horrible service from the 2 Calgary dealerships I enjoyed the excellent service at the service department. I live just outside of Calgary but after my horrible service from the 2 Calgary dealerships, I am now driving 168 km (one way) to Red Deer for my service. They have a shuttle & their friendly shuttle driver recommended the local Starbucks while I waited for my 20000km service, & he phoned me when my car was ready, & picked me up. It is worth the drive thru a snowstorm for 168km at 6am to this dealership and I will go back there again for my next service. More

I passed the 10,000 km marker and my first service was due. I canceled my appointment back in Edmonton in order to remain warranty compilant, but also to test out Scott Subaru as a future resource. My expectations was significantly surpassed. Richard and Kaydee answered all my questions as a first time new car owner. They went so far as to provide membership into their loyalty program, a complimentary gift certificate, and the first service was complimentary. I am still ecstatic. In this day and age of Questionable Service unreliability/overcharging, Scott Subaru has floored me. I will continue to praise Ryan and his team of professionals as I look forward to my next visit for service, parts, or just to say Hi. Also, their pricing on rims, as a second set, is awesome !!
