First time coming in it was getting late and we explained we were looking at multiple car makes. Clay, our sales rep, had no problems answering all out questions and taking us for a test drive in an Impreza. During the test drive I expressed my interest in a WRX and even with it getting very close to closing time on a Friday Clay had no problems taking me on a good test drive and going over numbers after both test drives. When it was time to buy there were very few 2018 WRX available Scott Subaru helped with securing me a 2019 WRX. Carmen called about financing it was quick and easy process. Every time I had a question about the WRX or the financial process Clay and Carmen would respond promptly and answer every question making sure I was comfortable going forward. Picking up the WRX I got introduced to the service rep Kaydee she went through Subaru service plan and each interval of what it consisted of. Met Ryan the general manager made sure everything went as expected and no issues. Very friendly and professional. If ever thinking about buying a Subaru I would highly recommend checking out Scott Subaru. More

Bought a 2019 ascent, everything was great! Went in and looked at the 2019 Ascent today and fell in love! Not only with the car but the staff! Who EVER says that about a car dealership?? Ryan King was wonderful and extremely patient and knowledgable right from the beginning, than financing with Carmen was easier than i thought it would be. She went over EVERY little detail and made sure I fully understood everything. They were both amazing to deal with. While i was signing papers my husband was walking around and chatting with the rest of the staff who were all super amazing and friendly! I would recommend Scott Subaru and all their staff to anyone!
