When the vehicle was ready for pickup, they offered to drive to Calgary to pick me up, but then advised if it was more convenient for me, they would simply drop it off and complete all the paperwork in Calgary. I chose the latter option, and Clay Grenier spent a few hours reviewing all the features of the vehicle, and left it with a full tank of gas. They are available 7 days a week for any questions you may have, even when the dealership is closed....now that is unparalleled customer service.
