My husband and I recently had the pleasure of buying a Subaru Forester through Scott Subaru in Red Deer. This dealership is like none other we've dealt with. Our salesman, Clay was awesome. He treated us with respect, listened to our needs and concerns and did everything within his power to address them. We felt like valued customers. We didn't experience high pressure sales and never felt rushed. He spent time answering all our questions and going over all the necessary paperwork so we understood our obligations and what services were available to us. When we came to pick up our new vehicle, he spent more than half an hour introducing us to all of the new features of the vehicle and showing where everything was. No need to read the owner's manual to get started! We love this car. 💕 It practically drives itself, is so comfortable to drive and is quiet on the road, is amazing on gas and loaded with every feature you could possibly wish for. Yay Subaru and a big thank you to Clay and Ryan for making our purchasing experience so great. You guys rock!! More

poor service department and techs very disappointed in the service department, girlfriend took her crosstrek in to get the h.i.d. bulb replaced, but i pulled the bulb out before becaus very disappointed in the service department, girlfriend took her crosstrek in to get the h.i.d. bulb replaced, but i pulled the bulb out before because it was not working and she was booked in for the brake lamp switch recall thinking they may as well do it while she was there. She received a call saying that the housing for the bulb was broke which, it wasn't when i had looked at it. They offered to replace the headlight for an extremely high price and when she declined, they 'put it back together' and she took it home. She ordered a headlight assembly online and we have started to replace it. We found that the back of the bulb housing is broken and the connector for the bulb very gently placed in to the housing, which is extremely dangerous. They never put the bulb back in when they said they did. This is not the first time they tried to pull something over her head taking advantage of someone not mechanically inclined is pitiful and disgusting. She took her car in for the valve spring recall. They then later called her to tell her that several seals were leaking inside the timing cover and wanted again another extremely high price to fix, me having been a mechanic for several years and having friends that are well known mechanics i contacted them to see what their thoughts were. They said everything that had been quoted to remove had to be removed to do the recall, which meant they were paid to do the job anyway and then expected her to pay for it again. I am extremely disgusted in how they handle their business and will never set foot in there again. More
