I have now purchased two brand new vehicles from Scott Subaru Red Deer. Both times I have worked with Clay. I cannot say enough about how great my experience has been. I have found dealerships are more inclined to speak with my husband than me, even though I am the one purchasing. Not the case with Clay, AT ALL. My first experience was very relaxed and at no point did Clay push anything on me including the actual purchase. Due to my first experience going so well I went in the second time on my own and again was so blown away by Clays service. Clay is not ever pushy, he ensures to educate when needed but yet has trusted my judgement every time. Not only do I have great things to say about Clay but truly everyone who works there. All are so friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Scott Subaru in Red Deer to purchase your next vehicle. This time around I actually traded in my Crosstrek for a Forester and I felt that the offer I was given was good, not just fair but a good offer. Trading up took off all the pressure of me having to sell privately and the financing was all done by Clay, again making the experience so positive. More
