Service Advisor Bad Experience I bought my Dodge Journey 2011 with Scarsview and went for an engine ticking noise issue and was told that I have to pay upfront $100. I asked without the diagnostic procedure can he at least give me an idea how much would that cost? I mean these are known issues with Dodge Journey ideas like the dollar per hour of the labor, parts, if and what issues. No but you have to pay the diagnostic fee. I am on a service oriented business as well but at least it will give you an idea roughly shall i spend money for the labor or just buy a new car if ridiculously expensive service?
