I made an appointment to have my snow tires installed. 2.5 hours later my car was finally completed. Just before it was completed I asked Service how long the technician had my car. I was told he had been 2.5 hours later my car was finally completed. Just before it was completed I asked Service how long the technician had my car. I was told he had been working on my car for more than 1 hour! My snow tires were on rims! It does not take more than 1 hour to change 4 tires already on rims! Completely unsatisfactory! More
