I dealt with Wilson Yam, who has a very low key approach that makes the whole experience painless. If there were more sales people like Wilson I would probably buy a new car more often. When my Forester was available for pick up, Wilson spent the better part of an hour demonstrating how the various functions of the car worked. He even ensured that my phone was properly paired up with the car and was working, before I left. I had ordered a few extras, such as a block heater and winter floor mats and the car was prepared exactly as ordered. First, Nic Zheng (Sales & Leasing Consultant) was the one who assisted me with the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond and showed me around. After personally choosing between Toyota Rav4, Ford Escape, and Subaru Forester, I decided to go with Subaru Forester for safety and driving performance especially in snow and ice situations. Then, Sal Gennuso (Business Manager) greeted me and helped me out with the lease coupled in making sure the tints and rustproofing were exactly what I wanted. Then, when I picked up the vehicle, Stone Hu (Sales & Leasing) was the one who helped me out: explained to me in detail the critical components of the vehicle and how to maximize the performance of the vehicle as well. He shared with me real-life scenarios that even made the entire vehicle buying absolutely wonderful. As an added bonus, I was greeted by Carmen Vigliatore (Owner & Dealer Principal) on the day I picked up the vehicle.
