Throughout multiple visits, Stone spent a lot of time answering my questions, and even more time answering my father's, as he was also interested in getting the same car (Forester 2018), although he's decided on an Outback instead. When I picked up my car, Stone had everything prepared and walked me through all the new/different features. At the end of my work day, this made for a very much appreciated quick and efficient stop and I was able to drive off in my new car in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a Subaru. More
Salesman was a standout I went to this dealer at the recommendation of a friend. I did not ask for a particular salesman but the one I found was very thorough and friendly. He spent a lot of time with me and was very happy to agree to all my requests including a test drive at my convenience, a revisit to ask additional questions and to check out some details on the car, a willingness without reservation for me to take the car to my personal mechanic to check it out (it was a demo), and an immediate agreement to reward the friend who had referred me to this dealer. My only negative is the dealer's inability to provide me with the appropriate invoice acceptable to claim a tire rebate from Michelin for the winter tires I purchased at the time of buying the car. I still do not know if what was provided to me is acceptable to Michelin. More

Stone was called back on lunch break but served us enthusiastically and professionally. The test drive was brief but very educational. Stone was patience and courteous in showing the gadgets and safety features. We bought the 2017 Legacy on second visit. Price is descend and Stone found us a model with the perfect color and blended with the right kind of technology. There were a few follow-ups of which Stone was reacting fast and extremely helpful. Good job and thank you. More

Great service and friendly staff! We visited several dealerships after our previous car was written off in an accident. Some of the other dealers didn't have time to answer our questio We visited several dealerships after our previous car was written off in an accident. Some of the other dealers didn't have time to answer our questions, or used high pressure tactics to get us to buy. When we finally came to Scarboro Subaru, Stone made himself available to answer our questions, but didn't push us and let us decide on our own what we wanted. After a test drive, we came back and decided to buy. The entire process was very easy, and Stone went the extra mile, giving is some good advice on rust proofing, throwing in a few accessories, and getting the car ready by the date promised. All in all, a great experience. We look forward to coming back again for service. More

Alex spent time explaining the various bells and whistles on the car, introduced us to the service manager and again Carmen , the owner was there to welcome us. Keeping me on the Road I am on my second 07 Legacy purchased from Scarboro Subaru. I have had both cars serviced exclusively at the dealership and Jeff has been my service r I am on my second 07 Legacy purchased from Scarboro Subaru. I have had both cars serviced exclusively at the dealership and Jeff has been my service rep for some time now with assistance from Glen and Fidel. My first Legacy made it to 425,000 kms at about 50,000 kms a year. The current one is at 150,000 kms, and I am still at about 50,000 a year. The techs and Jeff have kept me on the road and they have at times worked very hard to ensure that servicing would be complete by the end of the day I brought the car. I have always been happy with the explanation of the work, the cost and the quality. I never feel I am being upsold on work that isn't necessary. Overall, I trust the dealership and that has been very important to me. I am happy to recommend them and Subaru as a make of vehicle. Great cars. More
