Worst possible experience, NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! we have been screwed around from day 1, promised the world, and nothing is ever actually taken care of. Just had to get our moon roof serviced about a month ago. Got home and realized a dent in the driver side door (which occurred while in the service bay), called in and were told there was a note on the account and it would be taken care of. Just brought the vehicle back to get looked at and they are not covering the problem. Now we have to cover yet another expense. Every time we turn around something is going wrong with the vehicle, and the service has ALWAYS been terrible. We will never EVER buy another vehicle from Hyundai, and we are trading this in at a different dealership today. SO FED UP we will never recommend any one purchase one from these typical greasy car salesmen. More

It's absolutely perfect all around for my families needs and still looks super cute and not a "mom mobile" Neil was so helpful with helping us get the added warranty and all the paperwork and everything together so we understood exactly what we needed to know. We are so excited with our purchase and are so thankful for everyone's help in this transition. I reached out to Mark letting him know that I needed guidance and he offered his assistance on the spot. Offered to meet me at anytime, anywhere to ensure I was getting the best "bang for my buck". More importantly, that I was making a wise investment. Mark dealt with me without any pressure. His complete candor and openness put me at ease. My intuition sensed I was in good hands. Couldn't Be Any Happier! My fiancée and I are teachers and it came the time to purchase a new vehicle as we needed a second one. After extensively searching, it became clear t My fiancée and I are teachers and it came the time to purchase a new vehicle as we needed a second one. After extensively searching, it became clear that Hyundai was likely what we were going to purchase. We were hesitant as we had never purchased Hyundai before but speaking to Neil as well as Mark made all of our worries go away. Living a couple hours away they explained everything we needed over the phone and so we took the drive to Saskatoon to see about a 2017 Elantra. Mark had the vehicle that we wanted detailed for us and ready to test drive before we even came to see the vehicle. During the test drive Mark was able to explain the ins and outs of the whole vehicle. Once we knew this was the car for us, Mark helped us find a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Neil made the financing a seamless process and his understanding of everything was second to none. Throughout the whole process Andrew made sure we were well taken care of by everyone on staff including himself. He made sure to help us out by allowing us the option to add some things while still remaining within our budget. We added an auto start to our car and knowing we had a long drive home they made sure to install it for us right away so that we could take our car home in the day of purchase.
