Minutes after arriving home he had second thoughts..... I was really impressed with Andrew Donlevy and his willingness to accommodate our request to test drive the other car and ultimately swap vehicles. I'd been afraid he would offer us a much depreciated trade in rate (since they don't do 'returns') but it only cost around $400 for the switch, not counting the higher price of the second car. Andrew Donlevy said, at the end of the day his job was to make people happy and he certainly did! More

This dealership has destroyed the name Hyundai for me Problem after problem with this dealership. Riley convinced me to delete my previous bad review with the assurance that previously promised warranty work would be competed, which it still hasn't been. This work was promised to me by my salesman Patrick over a year ago. They also had to refinish my front bumper due to the clear coat peeling from their refinish job on trade-in, it peeled AGAIN. They then did another horrible repair job which I had to have redone.. again... I brought my vehicle in last month because my backup camera quit working, while it was there being assessed, I asked them to look at the sunroof because it was closing very slowly and would sometimes stop mid-close and start opening again. They charged me $140 to clean dirt out of my sunroof and left a dent on the door, which one of their employees said was probably from a tool being dropped on it. I called the next day as soon as I noticed it and the girl on the phone said it was no problem and they would look at it because they would need to determine if it just needed to be bumped out or if the door needed to be refinished. I just brought it in today for the appointment, and given the situation the man at the desk had to consult the service manager Jaime. He went back to her office multiple times to talk to her then return to me for more questions. Jaime walked past me multiple times and didn't even acknowledge me. They spent over 20 minutes taking pictures and ultimately told me it wouldn't be covered. I could rant on and on about this dealership. I went straight from Hyundai to other dealerships to look into trading this vehicle and am willing to take a big financial hit to cut all ties from the name Hyundai because this dealership has royally screwed me over. More
