Wow! Zach and the their service department was beyond expectations. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well. He made sure my service contrac Zach and the their service department was beyond expectations. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well. He made sure my service contract covered the issues and they were fast and timely… I felt like I was a vip even tho I didn’t even purchase my car at that dealership! If you have a ford go there! Ask for Zach- you’ll be better for it! More

Xavier was great. My fiance and I went in to just look, and we ended up leasing a car. We needed another car and out of all the dealerships and people we dealt with Xa My fiance and I went in to just look, and we ended up leasing a car. We needed another car and out of all the dealerships and people we dealt with Xavier and Sam Packs was the best. Xavier didn’t just sell me a car for his own benefit. He genuinely cared and helped us get a new car. I had to trade in my car that I grew up with and Xavier was really helpful with that process and how difficult it was giving it up. I would highly recommend getting a car from them. I didn’t feel lied to or like they just wanted me to buy a car. It was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. More
