Wow! Zach and the their service department was beyond expectations. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well. He made sure my service contrac Zach and the their service department was beyond expectations. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well. He made sure my service contract covered the issues and they were fast and timely… I felt like I was a vip even tho I didn’t even purchase my car at that dealership! If you have a ford go there! Ask for Zach- you’ll be better for it! More

My 2013 Ford Taurus was taken to Five Star Ford, Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being Lewisvilledue to the water pump going out. Zach in the service department was the gentleman that I was in communication with while my Ford was being worked on. Zach kept in touch on a daily basis while the vehicle was there, and he was very informative, professional, and friendly. The Ford was expedited quickly, and is running great thus far. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their quality of work to anyone who has a Ford vehicle , and is in need of service. More
