Very unprofessional. I've never dealt with a dealership that went back on their own deal. Deal was signed with 5 year finance , called me back saying that option is no longer available. Overall dealings are okay but the salesperson cheated with me. I bought Escape for 5 years but exchanged it with another car after 3 years; however, instead of considering 5 years, the salespersons chea with me. I bought Escape for 5 years but exchanged it with another car after 3 years; however, instead of considering 5 years, the salespersons cheated with me by considering 5 years period in 3 years. It means, he cheated with me 2 years cost - it is almost $5000. Therefore, be careful about this kind of cheating!!!!!! More
