2016 F-150 184,000km. Ask for transmission fluid change. Unfortunately wasn’t explained my service properly. Difference between transmission flush and transmission oil change w/ filter. (Magnet cleaning) I was sold the 4x4 oil change package (differential and transaxle) which isn’t due until 240,000km, but the auto transmission was only flushed. Why sell the 4x4 package when the transmission filter isn’t going to be changed. A little disappointed. The dealership is very polite and kind service. Employees were professional and always offered assistance in the hallways. Clean location. Although, this service wasn’t what I asked for, nor thoroughly explained what service they were going to execute. I know the difference. Unfortunately within 56,000 km I will need to pay for a full auto transmission oil change w/ filter when I shouldn’t have to. I simply feel I wasted a few hundred dollars. 👎 Other than this issue, the dealership has had exceptional service previously. More
