First and last experience with Rose City Ford. Purchased a used vehicle from them in July 2023. Had to bring vehicle in multiple times for repairs that I thought were agreed upon and would be don Purchased a used vehicle from them in July 2023. Brake pads and rotors were worn and grooved bad.They were terrible on test drive and pointed them out and a few other issues. When picked vehicle up brakes hadn't been touched. Had to bring back and they only changed the pads which worked well on a well worn and grooved rotor. Had a leak from bottom of the motor also and was told oil was running down from a previous repair that wasn't cleaned up. Drive back again because nobody answers the phone and have to plead to get the rotors done. After weeks of waiting for parts finally replace rotors and leave the nice grooved pads on the new rotors. Still have a leak from motor and this time tell me that it's an acceptable leak and nothing they can do. These repairs were done during 3 month, 5000km dealer warranty. Now the dealer warranty expires and the used car warranty kicks in. Take the vehicle to a real mechanic and bring the list of repairs back to Rose City and they send me to another dealership to diagnose these issues. They give me list of repairs needed on the motor to the tune of $4900. Used car warranty only covers $3000 I have to drive back in because nobody answers phone and I'm told I'm on the hook for $1900 because they've already done enough for me. It's amazing that mechanics at Rose City can't diagnose the $4900 repair bill during their warranty period but two other mechanics have no problem with it. As there's nothing good about this experience it has taught my son some valuable lessons on his first vehicle purchase. Don't go to Rose City Ford!!! More

This dealer is dishonest and endangers poeple lives. One of their mechanics was paid to do a recall on my car. Instead they were too lazy to complete the job 100%. The recall was to replace three bolts One of their mechanics was paid to do a recall on my car. Instead they were too lazy to complete the job 100%. The recall was to replace three bolts holding the electric power assit motor to the steering. They only replaced one bolt ENDANDERING my kid's life. Two bolts broke off completeing locking the steering and disabling the car on the HIGHWAY! The evidevnce is clear that two out of the three bolts are different in threads. One bolt is steal the other two are aluminium using a magnet to determine the difference. Ford Canada, MTO, and Transport Canada are working with me to resolve this issue. If your car was ever at this dealership for a RECALL OF ANY KIND. Do yourself a favour for the protection of your family have it double checked at another dealer. Photos sent to Ford proofing of lack of responsibility of the service department at this dealership. I THANK GOD MY DAUGHTER WASN'T HURT!!! More

Had a recall on my truck, went in for service and didn't get it back on time. Had to pay for my own car rental on an issue that I had no control over. I get unforseeable circumstances beyond their control, however, that's when the customer service should step up and make things right. Missed opportunity to go above and beyond.... really too bad!
