Have had same problem with truck since owning , nobody cares to fix it. If you’re in a hurry dont go here, has always been 2-4 hours longer then stated, then claim they called and left a message and claim cares to fix it. Overall everyone is very nice when there but doesn’t carry into any experiences I’ve had calling, making or dealing with an appointment or car troubles so just seems fake. Would not recommend talking to service manager because he doesn’t keep his word either. Overall poor service and reputation for real fixes . But hey they can change oil More

The service was the next day after I called. My power steering pump had a slow leak that was causing a squelling noise when cold.
