She didn't try and fit me into a truck they had on hand. She listened to my needs and wants and found the vehicle I wanted. The truck arrived 2 weeks later with all my selected options and in my color of preference. I was offered the best price in the market at a reasonable rate. Fast forward 2 months later, warranty work was required for a faulty part. The service was prompt and done the same day covered by warranty.
