Overall dealings are okay but the salesperson cheated with me. I bought Escape for 5 years but exchanged it with another car after 3 years; however, instead of considering 5 years, the salespersons chea with me. It means, he cheated with me 2 years cost - it is almost $5000. Therefore, be careful about this kind of cheating!!!!!! More
