There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no upselling, no rushing whatsoever. None of the taking you into another office and trying to sell you more stuff, no hidden fees. Charles went through the contract line by line. He took a great deal of time to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the deal, had the best price of many other dealers I went to, and ultimately made sure I was happy. George in the finance office was similarly polite, easygoing, and made sure I was happy. He laid out options for other warranties but there was no sales pressure. You can tell Charles and the folks at Roadsport care about their customer and about repeat business. They did not treat me like I was just a number after I had signed, and didn't rush or push any part of the process. Everything was efficient and smooth. I'd highly recommend leasing from Charles. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and I'll definitely be back. More
