They cant fix Honda Cars This one if the worst service center I ever see. I did visit this service center for more then 5 times now for the same issue. They have the technician with Zero knowledge on Honda cars They are just there to do oil change. If any mechanical error please please visit your local Mechanic and they can fix the issue. Worst customer service, service manager promise me to respond no response. Over all I need to give zero but no choice giving One. More

I found him to be candid on why I was experiencing some problems with my old honda car I got from another dealership. I recommend him not because his name is my name too, but he gave a simple deal on the table for me. He took some time to teach me how to use some of the useful functions of the new car. Afterwards he asked me to write a positive review here and to give him a 5 star rating. He also gave me the life free oil change on my car as long as I take it into roadsport for maintenance minder work. As I’m reading thru this site on roadsport service department I get the feeling the free oil change service might not get exercised a lot. It looks like their new car sales dept might be good but the service dept leave a lot to be desired. More

I have purchased 2015 civic from this location as brand new car and I had issue with may rear brake and brought to this location to do the rear brake system, the service advisor told me it will be cost 1200$ plus tax. i did ask him for what. he explant to me they have to replace both Caliper cost around 800$ plus tax. i did ask him is that OEM parts? he told me the brice he give me for aftermarket rebuild parts. i have paid 950$ on august 30, 2017 for the same rear brakes and having issue again. i take the car to other mechanic shop and everything been fix ander 200$ including tax. by the way i have asked service advicer to give me the written quote, he told me they don't do that. please be aware...… all the conversation been recorded my end.
