After discouraging performances with dealers in 2 counties I made a point to travel extra distance while in Sarnia to try these guys out.
My daughter referred me and she travels from Midland to Wallaceburg to do so. We are from Wiarton , neither of us,around the corner.
From the time we walked up to the service desk to the time we drove away, the whole interaction was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable.
The communication during the frustrating problem my vehicle presented was outstanding. As a customer without history in the dealership, I felt important and that my business was valued regardless of the fact my truck was a 2008.
Some corrective work to shoddy work by another dealership will be done later and we will drive the 3 1/2 hours because they are worth it!
When we buy another vehicle, the same will apply.
Thanks Brian to you and your gang. It doesn't't get any better.
If Riverview were to expand operations I would suggest they become a GM dealer training centre...
