Poor Customer Service. Don't understand how this place has a 4.8 star rating on google. Definitely a low rating in my books. Worked for a dealership before and I definitely expected the sales person to be more professional. if anyone wants to purchase a vehicle, please DO NOT purchase from a sales person name Sean. my friend drove all the way up from Calgary to Edmonton to finish a purchase on a vehicle. Sean was very unprofessional, as he went and talked behind her back, cussing at her, and making her sound dumb. I thought sales people are there to help you purchase a vehicle?... That being said, he thought they couldn't hear him, so her sister had to call him out. He also didn't apologize for his behaviour. This was brought to the attention of higher management, and was still ignored. It felt that all they cared was to make a sale. Today we found out that they screwed up in-house with the banks, and insurance. and apparently papers weren't approved. How can you sell a car to someone without having all the in-house paper work done properly? Without warning, or notice, they called this morning to take back the vehicle. This could have been handled more diligently, and giving them more information on what was going on. My friend had no time to react or to solve the situation. The dealership told her that if she wants the vehicle, she will need to waste another day going back up to Edmonton to resign paper works (THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON). It felt like this sale was a quick sale to push some sales numbers up.... This experience hasn't been the most pleasant purchase for a friend that was purchasing for the first time. More

LIE about their prices to get you in there. Don't be fooled! I drove 2 HOURS to this dealer to see a new 2018 Elantra listed at $17,000 on their web site. I emailed to make sure it was eligible for 0% financing I drove 2 HOURS to this dealer to see a new 2018 Elantra listed at $17,000 on their web site. I emailed to make sure it was eligible for 0% financing and was told “it was available”. The first thing I asked Alex (the manager who was helping a new salesman) was WHY this car was $2000 less than all the other 2018 Elantras. He told me it was a MANAGER’S SPECIAL. I told him I was looking at used cars around $15,000, but calculated the interest at 4.9% over 4 years and it works out to $17,000 anyway, so why not take the brand new $17,000 car at 0% financing? It’s the same price. He agreed, sent me on the test drive, haggled over my trade-in and after OVER 2 HOURS came back with the final paperwork. The car was now $21,000! I asked how that could be and he said the $17,000 is after a cash-back rebate so they couldn’t give me 0% financing. I was angry, of course that he’d lied to me and wasted 2 hours of my time. I asked for the keys to my car back so I could leave. Instead, he brought in another manager – Ryan, who said it was all a misunderstanding and he could work out a final price of $19,254 over 60 months. No thanks! You lied right to my face and wasted half of my day. I would never buy ANYTHING here. Not a hot dog or a stick of gum. EVER. Go to Sundance Mazda. They’ll tell the truth and go over honest numbers from the start. More
