The Best Ford Dealership and Sales Rep Experience ! i had an old 16 year old Ranger which was pretty much done. Yes it was time to get a new Truck. Since I Definitely wanted to stick with Ford , we decided to check out RiverCity Ford Dealership. This was the best move we made. We went into the dealership and immediately we were greeted at the door by sales Rep Justin Craine. He was friendly and took a real interest in what type of vehicle we were interested in. As soon as we told him the Ford F-150 is what we were looking for he quickly began checking all the different Trucks they had available in their yard. He sat down with us and explained everything the new trucks came equipped with in detail. Once he went through everything with us, and after we explained to him what we were looking for in a truck, Justin found us the perfect Truck .We took it for a test drive and Yes It was the one. The deal was made. Justin Craine is the best sales rep we dealt with. He's kind, patient and very knowledgeable , what he didn't know he quickly went and found out for us. From beginning to end the service was simply first class! We had only called in with a view to checking on lease pricing on a van, only to learn that Ford no longer were selling new vans at present.
